To order the correct part for your machine we normally require the product article number or model number, sometimes we may ask for the serial number too.
One machine can have up to 270 parts and parts may change when newer models are released. The article number allows us to look at the manufacturer lists and diagrams to make sure you get the correct part for your machine. WE CANNOT FIND PARTS JUST FROM THE MAKE AND MODEL DETAILS.
Locating your Machines Model Number:
Articles numbers can be found on the data plate of your machine.

The location of your data plate varies from machine to machine.
Date plate locations: | |
Walk behind lawnmowers | The front, top or back of the machine |
Ride-on and lawn tractors | Underside of the seat or on the back of the mower |
Tillers / cultivators | A sticker located on the side or underneath the housing |
Lawn trimmers / brushcutters | A sticker located on the side or underneath the housing |
Edgers | On the rear frame of the unit |
Leaf Blowers | A sticker located on or around the starter recoil assembly |
Chipper-Shredders | On the frame, below the chute |
Snow blowers | On the housing or the gear box assembly |
Attachments | A sticker located on the shaft of the unit |
Here’s what you should see
Your article number will have a combination of letters and numbers, these will usually be separated by a hyphen (-) or a slash (/).
