What is an Ex Demo Machine?

These are machines that have been used for display purposes in our showroom or demonstration days with customers. They have had very little (if any use) and these machines are all tried and tested through our workshop before despatch.

An ex demo machine may have light scratches or some very limited signs of wear and tear consistent with a few hours of use. They all come with a full manufacturer warranty.

The MBC 50 LI is a cordless brushcutter and part of the Mountfield 48v Freedom 500 series of garden tools. There are a range of 48v batteries and chargers available to purchase separately which are interchangeable with all the hand-held garden tools in the Freedom 500 range. The recommended 4Ah battery will run the brush cutter for 60 minutes allowing for maximum productivity when cutting back overgrown areas in the garden. Cordless power allows you to move around the garden independent of a power source and trailing cables.

The 48v Freedom 500 series have ample power for domestic jobs without the noise and maintenance costs of a small petrol engine. Built to last with a reliable 450w brushless motor and durable aluminium motor housing, the MBC 50 LI battery brush cutter and trimmer in one has a soft-grip handle and adjustable working height. Ideal for more challenging cutting conditions, the cordless brush cutter will tackle overgrown and dense areas whilst the grass trimmer head will cut back long grass along fences and around decorative garden features.

The versatile cutting system includes an easy load Bump & Work dual line and robust four tooth blade. The variable speed gives added control allowing you to up the power when encountering tougher cutting jobs and conserve battery life with standard trimming tasks. With a lightweight and ergonomic design, the MBC 50 LI battery brushcutter and trimmer in one has a soft-grip loop handle and adjustable working height. The brush cutter controls are displayed on a simple LED panel.
