Delivery Timescales

• Standard Products: Delivery is usually 1 – 4 working days for most products on the GB mainland.

• Ride-On Mowers & Garden Tractors: Please allow 7 – 10 working days. This is because we professionally build and test these machines to ensure they reach you ready to mow.

• Scottish Highlands & Islands: For some Scottish areas, Offshore Islands, and the Isle of Wight, delivery can take from 2 – 6 days.

Delivery Charges & Locations

• GB Mainland: Delivery is free to most addresses.

• Surcharge Areas: Additional charges can apply to certain locations, including (but not limited to) postcodes AB, IV, KW, PA, PH, and any offshore island (including the Isle of Wight).

Delivery Method & Requirements

• Couriers: We use major carriers including DPD, FedEx, and ParcelForce. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm. We cannot stipulate AM or PM delivery slots.

• Signature Required: The majority of our machinery requires a signature as proof of delivery. Items will not be left without one.

• Pallet Deliveries: Products weighing approx. 50kg or more will be delivered by a specialist pallet company who will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery day. This includes lawn tractors, ride-on mowers, and some larger log splitters, garden shredders, and premium lawnmowers.

• Weekends: We are unable to offer a weekend delivery service.

• Spare & Replacement Parts: Parts are sent from our warehouse or directly from suppliers. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the information and part numbers you provide are correct for your machine. Special Order spare parts are non-returnable.

• Delivery Exclusions: We do not offer delivery on any items to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, The Channel Islands, The Isle of Man, or Europe.

Refund and Returns Policy

• If you have changed your mind, you may return your item for a full refund or exchange within 90 days of purchase.

Returning a Used Product (14-Day Right to Cancel)

You have a statutory right to cancel an online order up to 14 days after delivery. However, if the product has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect it (i.e., how you would in a physical shop), we will make a deduction from your refund to reflect its diminished value.

Using a lawnmower to mow grass or a chainsaw to cut wood constitutes use, not inspection. Returning a used product will result in a partial refund, not a full one. To receive a full refund, do not use the product.

Product Damaged Upon Arrival

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us via our returns form within seven days of receipt for assistance.

Returning a Faulty Product (Warranty)

If a product develops a fault within its warranty period, please contact us for advice.

If a return is required, we will organise a collection. Please package the item securely with all accessories and documentation.

Our technicians will verify the fault. If a fault is confirmed, we will discuss your options for a repair, replacement, or refund.

Please note: If no fault is found, or if the fault is due to user error, you will be liable for all collection and return delivery costs.

How to Return a Product

• Initiate a Return: Please complete the returns form on our website to begin the process.

• Return Shipping: You are responsible for returning the item to us. We highly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit. We cannot process a refund until the item is received at our warehouse.

Product Information

The MMT 20 LI is a long reach cordless hedgetrimmer and pole pruning saw in one and part of the Mountfield Freedom 100 range of 20v garden tools. The supplied 4Ah battery will power the hedgecutter for up to 70 minutes and the pole saw for 20 minutes. The 4Ah lithium battery system will power other tools in the Freedom 100 20v range. Ideal for trimming tall or wide hedges without the need for a ladder, the MMT 20 LI has a 45.5cm blade which rotates 112 degrees for a smooth finish to hedge tops and sides.

The long reach battery hedge trimmer has a 55cm shaft extension with a reach of 2.75 metres. The sprocket nose 20cm pruning saw has a reach of 2.55 metres and will safety cut back low hanging branches and prune back large bushes and shrubs from the ground. For maximum efficiently the automatic oiling pump lubricates the chain on the job.

The MMT 20 LI battery operated multi-tool is ergonomic with a soft -grip handle, single harness and lightweight design. Switching from hedgetrimmer to polesaw is made simple with quick release clips.

Supplied with single harness and 4Ah battery and charger. Running times with 4Ah battery: Hedge trimmer up to 70 minutes, Pole pruner up to 20 minutes.
