At Mowers Online, we are proud to offer not only the best prices but also the best possible delivery terms. All our prices include VAT and Free Delivery to the majority of GB mainland addresses.

Delivery Timescales

• Standard Products: Delivery is usually 1 – 4 working days for most products on the GB mainland.

• Ride-On Mowers & Garden Tractors: Please allow 7 – 10 working days. This is because we professionally build and test these machines to ensure they reach you ready to mow.

• Scottish Highlands & Islands: For some Scottish areas, Offshore Islands, and the Isle of Wight, delivery can take from 2 – 6 days.

Delivery Charges & Locations

• GB Mainland: Delivery is free to most addresses.

• Surcharge Areas: Additional charges can apply to certain locations, including (but not limited to) postcodes AB, IV, KW, PA, PH, and any offshore island (including the Isle of Wight).

• How to Confirm Charges: To see your final delivery cost, please enter your address in the checkout. Any additional charges will be clearly shown before payment. For assistance, email us at [email protected] or call us on 0330 030 0005.

Delivery Method & Requirements

• Couriers: We use major carriers including DPD, FedEx, and ParcelForce. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm. We cannot stipulate AM or PM delivery slots.

• Signature Required: The majority of our machinery requires a signature as proof of delivery. Items will not be left without one.

• Pallet Deliveries: Products weighing approx. 50kg or more will be delivered by a specialist pallet company who will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery day. This includes lawn tractors, ride-on mowers, and some larger log splitters, garden shredders, and premium lawnmowers.

• Weekends: We are unable to offer a weekend delivery service.

• Spare & Replacement Parts: Parts are sent from our warehouse or directly from suppliers. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the information and part numbers you provide are correct for your machine. Special Order spare parts are non-returnable.

• Delivery Exclusions: We do not offer delivery on any items to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, The Channel Islands, The Isle of Man, or Europe.

Refund and Returns Policy

• If you have changed your mind, you may return your item for a full refund or exchange within 90 days of purchase.

Conditions:

• The product must be unused and in its original, resalable condition.

• All original packaging, labels, and tags must be intact.

Returning a Used Product (14-Day Right to Cancel)

You have a statutory right to cancel an online order up to 14 days after delivery. However, if the product has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect it (i.e., how you would in a physical shop), we will make a deduction from your refund to reflect its diminished value.

Using a lawnmower to mow grass or a chainsaw to cut wood constitutes use, not inspection. Returning a used product will result in a partial refund, not a full one. To receive a full refund, do not use the product.

Product Damaged Upon Arrival

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us via our returns form within seven days of receipt for assistance.

Returning a Faulty Product (Warranty)

If a product develops a fault within its warranty period, please contact us for advice.

If a return is required, we will organise a collection. Please package the item securely with all accessories and documentation.

Our technicians will verify the fault. If a fault is confirmed, we will discuss your options for a repair, replacement, or refund.

Please note: If no fault is found, or if the fault is due to user error, you will be liable for all collection and return delivery costs.

How to Return a Product

• Initiate a Return: Please complete the returns form on our website to begin the process.

• Return Shipping: You are responsible for returning the item to us. We highly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit. We cannot process a refund until the item is received at our warehouse.

• Return Collection Service: We can arrange return shipping on your behalf. The cost for this service will be deducted from your total refund. Please email [email protected] to request this.

Refund Details

• Method: Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

• Timescale: We will process your refund within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the returned goods. Please note that your bank may take several additional days to credit your account.

This is the self-propelled 19 inch (48cm) model with an aluminum deck, 3 mowing options, Briggs & Stratton engine and disk bladed cutting system. Swing tip blades provide a more efficient cut and help to protect the crankshaft should the blade strike anything. The R19AL SP is driven by a single speed Briggs and Stratton engine which will propel the machine along at a comfortable travelling pace. The power drive helps when mowing sloping ground as less effort is required from the user. The 3IN1 mowing options include direct collect, rear discharge and mulch. The rear discharge option is useful in longer growth areas and mulching is ideal for short grass in dry conditions.
